Safaricom SME Job Description
- Development of plans to achieve set billed revenue targets in the territory.
- Increase product and Business solutions penetration through cross sell to named accounts, in assigned territory.
- Grow payment solutions by acquiring new customers onto LNM.
- Acquire new customers on key SME products namely FFB, Easy 30/50 and Zidisha.
- Ensure revenue growth by growing ARPA in the accounts through up sell.
- Achieve the set NPS targets for the Accounts in the territory.
- Ensure achievement of set churn targets for assigned accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to maintain ongoing revenue stream.
- Demonstrate ability to implement processes and handle cross functional issues from end to end.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all accounts are managed through well thought out Account Development Plans.
- Knowledge of Safaricom processes especially the change management process.
- Demonstrate ability to handle governance issues, bring people to task.
- Demonstrate ability to schedule activities, identify resource needs, dependencies and synergies.
