Our TDRs offer market support to the M-PESA Agents, Safaricom Dealers and retail outlets with the aim to grow Safaricom business. This team has ensured that all the Agent stores in the market are setup within SLA and are also able to operate optimally. The team is also tasked with ensuring market penetration of airtime distribution, float availability, retail recruitment and activation; trade and consumer awareness and outlet visibility through a number below the line initiatives.

Our SME and SOHO executives provide enterprise customer support through training, delivering prerequisite business tools to
customers, creating awareness for all Safaricom business products and resolve first line escalations in the assigned zones, profiling of
customers, maintaining database, execution of sales initiatives in the zones, visit at least 80% of SME customers and driving revenue
through any new streams introduced by Safaricom within allocated territory.

We are currently providing sales consultancy work for Lenovo Kenya which is the East and central Africa marketing office for Lenovo. We are involved with recruitment, training and management of the business development sales team as well as the Marketing sales operatives in Nairobi, Nakuru, Narok, Kisumu, Kisii, Eldoret, Nyeri, Thika and Mombasa.

Our marketing field force were mainly high profile executives in the calibre capable of approaching decision makers in existing retailers that sold handsets as well as Safaricom Retail shop managers.

The TOR was mainly positioning Lenovo in Safaricom retail & open markets stores as well as distribute POMs.

Sony Gulf GTZ mainly deal with consumer electronics (TV, DVDs, Cameras, Games, Phones and Laptops). We have over the last 1 year managed trade promotions on behalf of Sony involving selling inn promos to their retail shops and general traders who stock Sony products.

Additionally we have helped in conceptualising and managed these consumer promotions, preparing and handling promotion draws, liaising with winners and preparing closure returns.

Nissin Foods Holdings is the first instant noodles manufacturer in the world (1948), and today, about 100 billion servings of instant noodles are consumed in the world per year. Firlcom was engaged by Nissin at the beginning of 2014 to carry out trade development in Nairobi involving recruitment of distributors and listing in retail shops.

We have achieved over 70% geographical presence in Nairobi and its environs with sales from our agents contributing 30% total company sales.
